Short and to the point. Literally. Estee Lauder's summer eyeliner offering, the Duo-Tone Eye Pencil in Aqua Teal, gives you just enough bright color to make your summer look pop.

Just enough, because you only get half a stick of each shade.

Why is this so smart? Well, when was the last time you actually ran out of an eyeliner that was any color besides brown or black? (OK, maybe navy and charcoal, too, but you get my drift.)

Hot summer colors like this are fun, but rare is the instance that you'll use the entire pencil before the fall temps start rolling in. With this pencil, you get just the right amount of TWO summer colors, without taking up extra room in your makeup bag, for $18.50.

Both shades are jewel-like and shimmery, and glide on super-smooth. My favorite way to wear a summer bright liner is, as always, a thin swipe on the lower lashline, with an otherwise neutral upper lid (black cat-eye works well, too).

I'm off to Hawaii next week, and this fab two-tone pencil is most definitely making the trip with me. It may be early spring in New York, but it's always summer on the beach, dolls!

Beauties, I’ve been testing a new foundation for a few weeks and just loving it. Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Brightening Makeup is now mygo-to product for perfecting my complexion.

How It Works For Me. I would describe it as just lovely… and living up to its claims in terms of the way it looks on the skin, and I love that it’s supposed to have skin care benefits. It feels wonderfully light – kind of like a light tinted moisturizer – and looks very natural except that my complexion looks more luminous and even. It does what any good makeup should do: keep you looking like you… but better.

Think Again. If you’re one to skip foundation because it feels heavy and cakey, this foundation will get you rethinking your stance. It’s not like those old-school foundations at all. It’s even great in warmer weather because it doesn’t drip away or feel like you’re wearing anything at all. Heavenly!

Application. You can apply it with a brush or with fingertips. I use a brush if I have the time for a more “airbrushed” look, but it also looks really good if I just spread it on with my fingers.
